Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 90-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, contact us at luzeaorder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund without requiring you to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
